THINK ABOUT what you've read at our site over the past year--and then imagine if we hadn't been able to publish it.
Then think about if you can help us financially to make sure that doesn't happen--and scroll down to the end of this page to donate.
The unthinkable happened, and now we all face the disaster of a Donald Trump presidency. The left has profound challenges ahead: to defend the vulnerable from the scapegoating that Trumpism thrives on; to confront increased repression and violence; to build a fighting alternative against the coming anti-union onslaught; to connect all the struggles in a united resistance against a political and social system that failed us.
The challenges for SocialistWorker.org are just as profound. We're proud to be part of a vibrant community of independent left publications in the U.S. today. But some of what you've read at SW over the past year simply can't be found anywhere else: the on-the-ground reports from Standing Rock; the contributions from activists organizing today's labor and social struggles; the analysis of international events, many written by people on the front lines in their own countries; the articles about the history and theory of socialism from below.
We depend on the dedication and commitment of our readers to make sure that alternative voices like ours get heard. So we're asking for your generosity now. If you can make a donation to SocialistWorker.org--no matter how big or small--we would greatly appreciate it.
Click on any of the buttons below, and you'll be taken to a PayPal Web page, where you can give to SocialistWorker.org, using a credit card for a one-time transaction, or through an existing PayPal account.
